Guests will begin their spice experience with a choice of three appetizers: Salade Carioca- baby green salad with prosciutto di Parma, feta cheese, tropical fruit, cashews, lemon and honey vinaigrette; New Capri- Buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes, baby arugula, smoked duck magret, sun dried tomatoes and focaccia toast; or Thon- Thon- seared yellow fin tuna with soy, lime and ginger marinated daikon and toasted sesame oil.
Entrée choices include: Mango Porco- marinated pork loin with black Thai risotto, mango & blueberries, Aigre Doux, lemon zest confit with pink peppercorns; Poulet Classic- oven roasted free range chicken with sautéed fingerling potatoes, wild mushrooms, Chinese okra pickles and black truffles; or Incredible Red Snapper- crispy bread red snapper with fennel and tomato comfit kalamata olives and lemon preserve vinaigrette.
And to finish your meal, you have a delicious array of desserts to choose from: Raspberry Napoleon- caramelized filo dough with sweet raspberries and Bourbon vanilla cream; Sweet Cigars- crispy dulce de leche spring rolls with old Jamaican vanilla run sauce; or Spicy Apple Tart- baked apple & cashew nut turnover, spiced caramel ice cream & crème fraiche.
Blue Door at Delano is located at 1658 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139, and is open for Lunch every day from 11:30 AM- 4:00 PM, Dinner from 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM. For reservations, call 305-674-6400. Miami Spice is available for lunch, Monday- Friday, and dinner, Sunday-Thursday. Lunch menu is different than the dinner menu.
