Kobe Club Miami has closed.
Kobe Club Miami, the celebrity hotspot by acclaimed restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow, has re-opened with an expertly synthesized setting and the exclusive air of a speakeasy dinner club. This luxe steakhouse, specializing in the finest cuts of beef and the freshest seafood, was praised last year by the public as having one of the “most generous” Miami Spice menu offerings and for being the “most impressive high-ender” by Victoria Pesce Elliott, restaurant critic of the Miami Herald.
This year that tradition continues with a lavish three-course feast, starting with a choice from six appetizers: Kobe Beef Tartare with fresh wasabi root, quail egg and crostini; Iced Hamachi with jalapeno, pineapple and scallion; Iceberg Wedge with tomato relish and crumbled blue cheese; American ‘Kobe’ Beef Cheek Ravioli in truffle broth; Tomato & Red Onion Salad with 50-year-old balsamico; and Slow Roasted Applewood Smoked Bacon & Black Truffles.
Entrees choices include Pan Seared Wild Salmon with lobster dumplings and tarragon beurre blanc; Roasted Kurobuta ‘Black’ Pork Chop with Japanese chili-pepper apple sauce; Wild Mushroom Pasta with portabellas, porcini and chanterelles; Filet of Yellowtail Snapper Meunier; Mustard-Rubbed Organic Chicken with pan roasted vegetables and shaved black truffles. Guest seeking the ultimate “Kobe” experience can upgrade their entrée to a 4 oz Filet or Striploin of American (additional $35), Australian (additional $45) or Japanese (additional $85) Wagyu (Kobe Style) Beef, all of which are served with a choice of gorgonzola cream, toasted peppercorn sauce, or truffled hollandaise.
Entrees are accompanied by your choice of one of the restaurants signature side dishes including Wasabi and Shiso Whipped Potatoes, Sake White Truffle Creamed Corn and Creamed Spinach. Finally the feast ends on a sweet note with the Chef’s Selection of Desserts.
Kobe Club Miami is located at 404 Washington Avenue (next to China Grill), Miami Beach, FL 33139, and is open for Dinner Friday and Saturday from 7:00pm - 12am.
