An innovation of Miami Beach realtor Esther Percal who sells multi-million dollar properties  for EWM Realty, Las Tias is the logical extension of her love of the glamorous Miami Beach mansions she wanders by day in pursuit of the perfect match of buyer and building. Transforming a warehouse in the emerging arts district, Las Tias sits at the corner of North Miami Avenue and NW 28 Street in a somewhat desolate patch of the newly gentrified area. Second Saturdays are organized monthly to promote nighttime visits to Wynwood where small businesses and larger art collections stay opened late and serve snacks to an appreciative and artsy crowd.
