The 2012 Sony Ericsson Open tennis tournament will be held in Crandon Park on Key Biscayne, Florida from March 19th to April 1st, 2012. Parking
General admission ticket holders may park on Virginia Key (one mile west of the Tennis Center), with free shuttle bus service to the parking area at Crandon Park. Directional signs will lead you to Virginia Key once
across the Rickenbacker Causeway. Miami-Dade County will provide Virginia Key parking for $10 per vehicle.
Directions
From the South:
Take US1 (South Dixie Highway) to the Brickell Avenue exit. Stay right and follow the Rickenbacker Causeway toward Key Biscayne. Look for the parking signs.
From the North:
Take Interstate 95 South to the Key Biscayne exit. Follow the Rickenbacker Causeway toward Key Biscayne. Look for the parking signs.
Tennis Connection
Miami-Dade Transit will take visitors to the Sony Ericsson Open. Visitors can park at the closest MetroRail Station for free transportation on weekends, $2 on Weekdays and a regular fare of $1.25 to Brickell MetroRail Station. Once at the Brickell MetroRail Station, fans can take the next scheduled Metro Dade bus to the stop directly across from the entrance to the tournament. Prohibited Items Policy
The following items are prohibited and MAY NOT be brought onto the grounds: Sealed packages of any Kind: briefcases; hard coolers or like containers; glass bottles or cans; aerosol cans or noisemaking devices; alcoholic beverages; commercial video cameras or recording devices, computers or laptops; food (except in limited quantities, or for medical dietary or infant purposes); weapons (regardless of permit); pets (unless a service animal); flags, banners or signs, laser pointing devices, tennis racquets; bicycles; scooters of any type; in-line skates; roller skates; skateboards and any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the management of the Sony Ericsson Open in its sole discretion.
Security Policy
For your safety, we continue to enhance our security efforts at Sony Ericsson Open. Any handbag, diaper bag, knapsack, backpack,duffel bag, package, or camera bag will be searched prior to entering the grounds. All persons entering the grounds will also be subject to search. Please leave any unnecessary items at home or in your vehicle.
Guest Services
Lost? Need information? Need tickets? The Guest Services Center is located to the draw board in front of Gate C. Multi-lingual personnel are available to answer questions, make recommendations or listen to suggestions.
Adjacent to the Guest Services desk, the Advanced Ticket window will be available for purchasing tickets to future sessions as well as for purchasing Collectors Club dally passes.
FirstBank Florida ATM
A full-service ATM furnished by FirstBank Florida, is available adjacent to the Guest Services Center.
Will Call
The Will Call Center is located next to the main entrance to the Tennis Center by the fountain. Only the person whose name is on the order may pick up reserved tickets. A photo I.D. and signature is required to pick up your tickets.
