Salpicon De Mariscos, Spanish seafood salad of grilled octopus, shrimp, scallops and crabmeat with anchovy stuffed olives and a sherry vinaigrette paired with El Coto Rioja Blanco 2008, followed by Serano Wrapped Sea Bass, grilled eggplant, crispy tomato and a white wine capper sauce, paired with El Coto De Rioja Crianza 2004.
Tempranillo Braised Short Ribs with mashed patatas y berzas, truffle oil and sautéed spinach with pine nuts and golden raisins paired with Museum real Reserva 2003, and Estofado De Conejo, rabbit & sage stew, saffron chorizo rice with roasted red bell pepper and peas paired with Baron de Ley Reserva 2003.
As a finale and to go along the Baron de Ley Reserva 7 vinos 2001, a seleccion of Spanish Cheeses & Fruit, Manchego, Tetilla, Idiazabal and Zamorano , fig chutney and poached pears will be served.
